  • Student Insurance: As part of your membership and participation in classes, you are automatically covered by student insurance for the duration of your participation. However, this coverage may have limitations, and you are encouraged to review the details of the insurance policy provided by the Club. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate personal health coverage for any conditions or injuries not covered under this insurance.
  • Medical Conditions: You agree to consult with your physician before participating in any Taekwon-Do classes or activities if you have any health concerns or medical conditions. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in these activities.
  • Informed Consent: You acknowledge that participation in Taekwon-Do and related activities is entirely voluntary, and you consent to the risks associated with training, including those related to physical contact, falls, and other accident-prone activities.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fall River Taekwon-Do, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, whether physical, emotional, or financial, arising from participation in any activity at the Club or through our website, including but not limited to injury resulting from the use of equipment, instruction, or activities at the Club.
